Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 May 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to the audibledna.com website and the audibleDNA device registration service at my.audibledna.com. Both are operated by audibleHQ Pty Ltd (we, us, our).

It explains what personal information we collect when you browse the site or register an audibleDNA product, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service.

What we collect

When you register a device: we collect the account details you provide (your name, email address, and a password, which we store only in hashed form) and details of the products you register (such as model, serial number, and firmware version).

Device and diagnostic information: to deliver over-the-air updates and support your product, registered devices report technical information such as firmware version, configuration, and basic health and status diagnostics. This is tied to your account so we can keep your devices up to date and help if something goes wrong.

When you contact us: if you email us, we receive your name, email address, message contents, and anything else you choose to provide. We keep this correspondence to respond to you and maintain a record of the enquiry.

When you visit the site: our servers automatically receive your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the pages you request, your browser type, and the referring website. This is kept in standard server logs.

Cookies: the website uses only essential cookies required for it to operate securely. The registration service uses cookies necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
